
Prenatal Exercise Workshop
Our Prenatal Exercise Workshop is designed to help you feel your best during your pregnancy! This class will help you learn the dos and don’ts of prenatal fitness and prepare you to feel your strongest during the birthing process. We’ll do this by setting a foundation of breathwork and building your strength and conditioning in a safe way to prepare you for that day!
Our Prenatal Exercise Workshop is held on the first Sunday of every month at 10am.
Postnatal Exercise Workshop
Our Postnatal Exercise Workshop is designed to help you feel your best post-pregnancy! Whether you have exercised before/during your pregnancy or just beginning your fitness journey, this full-body exercise class will help you reconnect with your body and allow you to build a foundation that will help you feel confident moving your body!
Our Postnatal Exercise Workshop is held on the first Sunday of every month at 11am.
We also offer 1-1 Personal Training options for Pre/Postnatal clients!
