Control Lab Turns 5 🥂 And We’re Expanding

I'm not sure where to begin, so I'll start here: I'm obsessed with Control Lab.

I'm obsessed with my craft. I'm obsessed with becoming a better business owner. But most of all, I'm obsessed with doing my absolute best to care for and improve the experience of every single person who walks through our doors, clients and trainers alike.

The gym is a vulnerable yet special space. It's full of opportunities for growth, possibility, connection, and love. It's why we'll always be human first.

Since opening Control Lab Graduate Hospital, Nicole and I have welcomed two BEAUTIFUL children, opened Control Lab Callowhill, and now have Control Lab Queens Village coming in early 2027 ðŸ˜‰ with a significant amount of beautiful and gut-wrenching experiences in between.

Through it all, we stayed positive. We always believed in what we were building, and we kept the main thing, the main thing. (Jalenism. Go Birds ðŸ¦….)

I've been blessed to work alongside some AMAZING people over the past five years, and I have a special place in my heart for every one of you. You've helped make this place what it is, and I can't thank you enough for believing in this dream.

And a special thank you to everyone who has walked through our doors, been a part of our community, supported us, or even simply inquired about what we do. You help make us better.

We love what we do, and it's because of you that we get to do it.

Five years in, and I still feel like we're just getting started.

Here's to an even better next five. ðŸ¥‚
